Prabhupadh by your divine grace I could enter sri vrindavan dham Prabhupada. It is my long cherished dream that one day I should step in Vrindavan. And it came true. Thank you Prabhupada for dham.

Prabhupadh by your divine grace I could enter sri kshetra, sankha kshetra Puri dham. Prabhupadh I don’t know how Jaganath looks before entering Iskcon. I still remember Vishnu showed me jaganath and told he is jagannath. I could not understand the bhava of jagannath back then and even now. Thank you Prabhupada for dham.

Prabhupada by your divine grace I could go tirumala on the day of balaram jayanti climbing anantha sesha in the path way where balaji walked(SriVari mettulu). Thank you Prabhupada for dham.

Prabhupadh by your divine grace I could go Simhachalam – Narasimha dev, whom prahlad maharaj worshipped with his own hands. Thank you Prabhupadh for dham.

Prabhupadh entering a dham without your mercy is next to impossible. I do not hold any qualification. It is wholly and solely by your mercy Prabhupadh that I could at least physically come close to Krishna. Aspiring one day I would come mentally also close to Radha Krishna’s and gaura nitai’s lotus feet.

Prabhupadh my chanting improved a bit in the last 1 year. I started reading bhagavatam this year in Jan but seriously from feb or march. Completed reading 1st canto and 2nd canto is half way. I heard your bhagavad gita sessions(1-6, 13-18) once. now hearing bhagavatam 1st canto. Hearing is not regular. I will try to prioritise Prabhupadh. You always insist on reading, hearing and chanting. Hope this gives you pleasure. Even Though I am not up to the mark. I will try to improve every single day Prabhupadh. Thank you Prabhupadh for books, lectures and hari nam.

Prabhupadh your bace system(Bhaktivedanta Academy for Culture and Education) helped me in many ways like cooking, diety worship, tulasi care, devotee care and many more. Thank you Prabhupadh for Vaishnavi BACE.

Prabhupadh by your divine grace this year also I could attend 3 ratha yatras. Thank you Prabhupadh for Jaganatha.

Prabhupadh by your divine grace from the last 2 years got a chance to serve tulasi maharani on the day of janmastami. Even Though not qualified by your mercy, I got engaged in service. Thank you for bhakti devi Prabhupadh.

Prabhupadh by your divine grace I got connected to Iskcon Whitefield for the past one year. And blessed with gaura sundar and nitai chandra’s darshans every now and then. Thank you for this Vrindavan Prabhupadh.

Prabhupadh by your divine grace I enrolled for bhakti shastri. Currently Sri Isopanishat is happening. Thank you Prabhupadh for Bhakti shastri.

Prabhupadh by your divine grace blessed with vaikunta vishnu priya mataji(Currently NOI is going on prabhupadh). Thank you Prabhupadh for siksha guru.

Prabhupadh even though my heart is filled with heaps and heaps of lust, anger, greed, pride, illusion, false ego, envy, duplicity, fault finding and many more. you always encouraged showing hope. For the most fallen people like me you are the only hope and shelter Prabhupadh. However degraded I am, you never abandoned me Prabhupadh. Prabhupadh I am going to lead a small bhagavad gita study group from 24th of sept for some of my contacts who were not in any bhakti vriksha. Seeking for your empowerment, blessing and guidance – “Amitho kangala krishna krishna boli dai tav a pachey pachey”

Dear Srila Prabhupad,
Please accept my humble obeisances unto your lotus feet.

Although it is practically impossible to thank you enough for your contributions in Lord Caitanya’s mission, I beg you to accept my insignificant attempt of expressing gratitude towards you. Because of my very limited intelligence, this offering will be full of flaws but I request you to accept it just as a father takes pleasure in the broken language of his small child. If it were not for you, I wouldn’t be writing this offering neither would I have known the meaning of Vyas Puja even in the wildest of my dreams.

You have taught and shown by your personal example how one should be grateful towards his spiritual master by meditating and following the instructions as well as offering sweet words in his glorification. I am deeply inspired by your offering “The Universal Teacher” wherein you tell what exactly “Guru Tatva” means. It helped me to better ascertain your position as Jagat Guru who appeared just to deliver the fallen souls such as myself by presenting the transcendental knowledge as it is inline with the parampara.

Although because of their great fortune, the residents of India know something about Lord Krishna, your causeless mercy lies in preaching the cult of Lord Caitanya who is otherwise a hidden incarnation. You have presented how Gaur is Krishna himself but is freely distributing the Love of Godhead, the highest perfection of life without considering any qualifications or disqualifications.

The Bhaktivedanta purports given by you are complete in themselves and contain all the knowledge necessary to eradicate all the doubts in the mind as the sun completely removes all darkness by its glaring effulgence. As you say that you will continue to live forever in your books and that one can directly associate with you by reading them, I wish to commit myself to regularly read your books scrutinizingly as well as start contributing to your preaching mission by distributing them.

I feel ashamed to confess that I’m still unable to follow your instructions strictly but I wish to again commit myself towards following them with a new enthusiasm. This I won’t be able to do by my endeavors alone, therefore I beg you to give me the required strength so that I will be able to please you and be a humble recipient of your mercy.

Lastly I would like to express my gratitude to all my seniors / siksha gurus, especially to H.G. Harikshetra Prabhuji who has stressed on the importance of writing the Vyas Puja offering as an important element in advancing in devotional service by expressing gratitude towards the spiritual master and receiving his mercy.

Srila Prabhupad, you have given us the four regulative principles by following them in our life we can become pious.

It is all by your causeless mercy that I met a devotee called Sanjay Jain Prabhu at my workplace and got his association to start my journey into Krishna Consciousness.

I was bewildered in my life and moving aimlessly here and there in search of peace and happiness which was never to be found. I was in a state of complete hopelessness when by your mercy one of your staunch followers took pity on my condition and gave his valuable association and time. This was the time when I was desperately searching for the purpose of my life, and by your mercy, Sanjay Prabhu helped clear all my doubts not just philosophically but also practical application in my life. I had never known anyone in my life who done anything without any motive. This was the first time I experienced selfless service, and I stated reading your books, biography and listening to your lectures under the direction of Sanjay Prabhu. I still remember that a hard-hearted person like me crying when I read in your biography about your early days struggle in creating the ISKCON in NEWYORK. A great accomplished scholar who could meet the Prime minister of India, coming from an aristocratic family but struggling in NEWYORK, not even getting food sometimes but still going ahead with the mission so that a person like me can have feast regularly.

I was having all kinds of bad habits before coming to Krishna Consciousness but by association of devotees and your mercy, I have left all of them. I follow 4 regulative principles namely no meat eating, no intoxication, no gambling, and no illicit sex. I chant 16 rounds every day and try to take Krsna Prasadam as much as possible.

Srila Prabhupada, I try to read your books, Bhagavad Gita as it is, Srimad Bhagavatam, Chaitanya Charitamrita on regular basis, attend Sunday feast program and try to serve devotees whenever possible. I am not able to provide much service due to my personal situation, but I will try to increase my service as much as possible.

Thanks to you Srila Prabhupada for creating such a wonderful society, as you said in your lectures, an oasis in this desert like material world, passing on your mood to all your followers, giving us a wonderful daily program, Sunday feast, so many festivals, Kirtana, dance, lectures, and literatures and most important the wonderful devotees.

Thank you Srila Prabhupada for making this God realization or self-realization process so clear, freely available and accessible to everyone.

Srila Prabhupada, I have so many things to say but finalIy I desire to study your books deeply, remain in association of devotees and cultivate the mood of service to spread this Krishna consciousness movement.

Let me repeatedly offer my respectful obeisances unto the beelike devotees who always taste the honey of the lotus feet of Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu. If even a doggish non devotee somehow takes shelter of such devotees, he enjoys the aroma of the lotus flower.

Even a dog like a non devotee can become a devotee by the association of your divine grace. Your dear disciple HG Hari Sauri prabhuji has humbly presented himself as a dog in https://prabhupadavani.org/bio/transcendental-diary/volume-1/dedication/. So many hippies were made into devotees by your association. Even today, so many dog-like people are becoming devotees by the association of your books. So, let me repeatedly offer my respectful obeisances unto you Srila Prabhupada.

I am also a dog-like person as exemplified by below sloka trying to become a devotee now.

śva-viḍ-varāhoṣṭra-kharaiḥ
saṁstutaḥ puruṣaḥ paśuḥ
na yat-karṇa-pathopeto
jātu nāma gadāgrajaḥ
[SB 2.3.19]

Men who are like dogs, hogs, camels and asses praise those men who never listen to the transcendental pastimes of Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the deliverer from evils.

I was accustomed to praise those men who don’t have anything to do with transcendental pastimes of Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Modern university education practically made me a dog & also made me realize that without a job, one cannot survive. But your purports when I learnt from devotees made me realize that Krishna is actually maintaining everyone.

nityo nityānāṁ cetanaś cetanānām
eko yo bahūnāṁ vidadhāti kāmān

The Lord is the chief individual living entity, the leader of the subordinate living entities. He supplies the necessities of life to all these plural numbers, bahūnām.

So, your purports had saved me from a doggish mentality. So, dog like a non devotee like myself trying to become a devotee by the association of your divine grace & your pure representatives.

Modern civilization is animalistic civilization. It is running on the bodily concept of life. People do not understand what his business is. He thinks that “My business is to eat, sleep, mate and die. That’s all.” They can never bring the right knowledge to human society. Your divine grace has given us an opportunity to participate in Sri Chaitanya Mahāprabhu’s movement. This Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s movement is to give chance to this animalistic civilization to associate with devotees and mahātmās so that they can also become devotee and mahātmā. We got to know our real business is not to simply eat, sleep, mate and die but to revive our love for Sri Sri Radha Shyamsundar.

śyāmam eva paraṁ rūpaṁ
purī madhu-purī varā
vayaḥ kaiśorakaṁ dhyeyam
ādya eva paro rasaḥ
[CC Madhya 19.106]

“ ‘The form of Śyāmasundara is the supreme form, the city of Mathurā is the supreme abode, Lord Kṛṣṇa’s fresh youth should always be meditated upon, and the mellow of conjugal love is the supreme mellow.’ ”

Only by the causeless mercy of your divine grace, we got this precious & invaluable knowledge. We got to know the object of our meditation, our goal and the society of devotees as ISKCON who can help us to reach our goal. I am not in a position to appreciate the invaluable gifts that I have received so far. So, I am feeling fortunate to be part of this Krishna Conscious movement but I am also feeling unfortunate that I am not making sufficient progress to revive my love for Sri Sri Radha Shyamsundar. This is because of my mind being filled with material things. As mentioned by you in CC Madhya 13. 138- If a person is to be free of material things, his mind cannot be vacant; there must be subject matters for thinking, feeling and willing. Unless one’s mind is filled with thoughts of Kṛṣṇa, feelings for Kṛṣṇa and a desire to serve Kṛṣṇa, the mind will be filled with material activities. I humbly beg for your causeless mercy to bless my mind to be filled with thoughts of Kṛṣṇa, feelings for Kṛṣṇa and a desire to serve Kṛṣṇa. It’s possible by your causeless mercy alone.

As mentioned by your divine grace in CC Madhya 17.14 – Māyā is so strong that unless one is determined not to fall victim, even the Supreme Personality of Godhead cannot give protection. The Supreme Lord and His representative always want to give protection, but a person must take advantage of their personal contact. I humbly beg for your causeless mercy upon me to take advantage of your personal contact through your books, your lectures, your letters, your ISKCON, your disciples & grand disciples etc.

On this most auspicious day of your Vyasa-puja celebration, I humbly beg for your causeless mercy to bless me to progress towards the goal of my life i.e, prema bhakti & also bless me the association of pure representatives of your divine grace who can guide me to progress towards prema bhakti, constantly remember their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Shyamsundar & never forget them, follow your instructions sincerely & seriously with utsāhā, niścayāt, dhairyāt to render service at your lotus feet for the pleasure of your divine grace.

Dear grandpa, you have given me your devotees through whom I got to know the purpose & goal of life. Your lectures and books are really enlightening. With your empowerment even in this sinfuIl body I am able to do a little devotional service.When I heared for the first time about you I got goose bumps that how can a man can perform such an unimaginable, inconceivable task almost at the end of life just to deliver the fallen souls.Because of your greatest risk today I am able to practice Bhakti in the association of the devotees under a proper guidance.

2. TEACH BY EXAMPLE.. EQUIPOISED

4. Durvasa muni glorifies Ambrish maharaj as “Ati Karuna Aatmanaa”(being extremely merciful) which implies that every devotee of the lord is extremely merciful. This statement was proved by you Prabhupad once again. Devotees being extremely merciful they are literally maintaining me materially ,spirituallly and also gave me the shelter to be always in devotee association and practice Bhakti well.But even after getting such wonderful opportunities to practice Bhakti I am so adamant and foolish to take the process sincerely and seriously and always being attached to sense enjoyment.

My Dear Srila Prabhupada
You have come in the life of fallen jivas like us as rays of sunshine that dispels the darkness of Ignorance.

You took so much pain to preach the message of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu under the instructions of your Guru Maharaj Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Goswami Prabhupada.

As Srila Locana Das Thakur mentions in Chaitanya Mangal about the prediction that Chaitanya mahaprabhu gave about his senapati Bhakta who would preach to people of west and that prediction was fulfilled by you.

In my personal life when I first got to know how much sacrifice and pains you had taken during your journey in Jaladuta , I was just surprised that how an old person for the benefit of others took so much pains without any selfish motives.

If I had not come in contact of ISKCON which as you say is a home in which the whole world can take shelter, I don’t know what nonsense I would be doing. You came as a life saviour for us not only for our present life but our eternal life.
You out of compassion engaged us in Krishna’s service so that we could engage our senses in his service rather finding ways to satisfy elsewhere.

I like the squirrel in Ramayan and i am trying to do my part in your mission, your mission will keep on moving like the Jagannath rath but it’s on us if we want to take the glory by putting our hand on it.

During my shiksha paper when in a question we were asked to write about inspiration derived from Srila Prabhupada.
I had got a thought that for your pleasure Prabhupada I’ll try my best to have a centre in Kaggadasapura. From then on I was fully immersed in trying to assist in setting up a centre and by your mercy we could even have our first ever grand Janmashtami celebration at VK Sports and from then on our congregation has kept on expanding by different preaching endeavours like book distribution, organising Gita course, Nagar Sankirtan, House and Apartment programs etc.

Currently I’m serving as a Bhakti Vriksha leader at our centre and trying to assist new devotees to get stronger in their KC and parallelly trying to do strict sadhana for own as well.

I’m aspiring to serve to the best of my capabilities and strengthen my own sadhana and also help others also to connect to KC.

Prabhupada whenever I think of loosening my service due to bodily condition or external environment or ups and downs in life I try to remember what sacrifices you had gone through for us to get an opportunity to connect with Krishna but Maya is so strong that it doesn’t let mind to stay on path but by just following the path and instructions given by you I am able to tolerate and go on with my services.

On this special day of your Vyas puja for my own purification I’ve written this offering to you.

Please accept my humble obeisances unto your lotus feet. All glories to you! On this auspicious occasion of your 127th Vyasa Puja, I shall attempt to glorify your Divine Grace, although I have absolutely no qualification.
Each year, as I sit down to write a humble offering, I always get amazed as I delve deep into the ocean of your transcendental qualities. I have been able to read Srimad Bhagavatam and Srila Prabhupada Uvaca steadily by your mercy and your transcendental qualities and position are progressively evinced.

You are a walking Bhagavata and whatever I read in the book, Srimad Bhagavatam are all manifest by your pastimes. I remember reading how transcendental personalities do not place their feet on the earth and when I heard how your footsteps were not traceable while walking on the beach, I could clearly connect the dots and realise your position.

ei candra sūrya dui parama sadaya
jagatera bhāgye gauḍe karilā udaya

These two, the sun and moon (Lord Sri Krsna Caitanya and Lord Nityananda), are very kind to the people of the world. Thus for the good fortune of all, They have appeared on the horizon of Bengal (CC Adi 1.102). They appeared on the horizon of Gauḍadeśa to spread the science of Kṛṣṇa consciousness, and as predicted that just as the sun and moon gradually move west, you brought the movement They began five hundred years ago to the Western civilizations. You truly are the jagad-guru; you are that senapati-bhakta of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Yet, out of humility, you attribute your contributions to your disciples.

You have made the good fortune by which I am given the opportunity to chant the Holy Names, to have Lord Sri Krsna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Himself dance on my sinful serpent-like tongue. It is all by your causeless mercy that I am able to associate with the teachings of the most exalted acaryas, who are all eternal associates of the Lord (nitya siddhas). I meditate on how eternal associates of the Lord (nitya siddhas) like you descended to this martya loka, dukhalayam, facing so much criticism and suffering just to deliver the foolish suffering fallen souls, who are oblivious of their constitutional position, which is eternal. Yet, I am such a rascal that I often get bewildered and do not fix my consciousness.

kṛpālu, akṛta-droha, satya-sāra sama
nidoṣa, vadānya, mṛdu, śuci, akiñcana
sarvopakāraka, śānta, kṛṣṇaika-śaraṇa
akāma, anīha, sthira, vijita-ṣaḍ-guṇa
mita-bhuk, apramatta, mānada, amānī
gambhīra, karuṇa, maitra, kavi, dakṣa, maunī

“Devotees are always merciful, humble, truthful, equal to all, faultless, magnanimous, mild and clean. They are without material possessions, and they perform welfare work for everyone. They are peaceful, surrendered to Kṛṣṇa and desireless. They are indifferent to material acquisitions and are fixed in devotional service. They completely control the six bad qualities — lust, anger, greed and so forth. They eat only as much as required, and they are not inebriated. They are respectful, grave, compassionate and without false prestige. They are friendly, poetic, expert and silent.” Srila Prabhupada, you embody each and every quality mentioned in CC Madhya 22.78-80.

You are the uttama-adhikari devotee we have read of. You personify the qualities of a spiritual master that the Vedas sing of (vede gāy jāhāra carito). You embody humility; you considered yourself a servant of your disciples; you considered yourself to be fortunate to have the association of your disciples. Although there were instances when your disciples could not meet the standards, you did not say that they were fallen or they were not sincere enough or anything on similar lines but you were compassionate towards them.
Dear Srila Prabhupada, on your 127th appearance day, I pray to you, desiring to imbibe your mood in carrying out devotional service- not to maintain a rustic image of a lone Indian sage from an ancient village sparking a spiritual revolution; an image that might appeal to many on a superficial platform, but to fulfil the desires of your spiritual master and deliver the conditioned souls in the western world, whom Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura said needed saving more than anyone. I would like to include this excerpt from Śrīla Prabhupāda Uvaca by His Grace Śrutakīrti Prabhuji, which deeply inspired me: “No matter what was going on, Śrīla Prabhupāda always related it to his service to Kṛṣṇa. It was never about bodily inconvenience. He only complained about something if it interfered with his service. Of course, all I ever saw was Śrīla Prabhupāda serving his Guru Mahārāja and Śrīla Prabhupāda in the state of bliss. The two went on simultaneously.”
Srila Prabhupada, you can see the past, present and future. You understand the mood of your disciples and reciprocate with them accordingly. I recall and meditate on the incident when one of your disciples remarked that he was the most fallen, and you replied, “You are not the most anything, you are simply insignificant.” Please make this insignificant and fallen rascal humble and may it be forever etched in my mind that I am nothing more than one-ten thousandth of the tip of a hair.

ohe!
vaishnaba thakura, doyara sagara,
e dase koruna kori’
diya pada-chaya, sodho he amaya,
tomara carana dhori
“O venerable Vaishnava, O ocean of mercy, be merciful unto your servant. Give me the shade of your lotus feet and purify me. I hold on to your lotus feet.”

krishna se tomara, krishna dite paro,
tomara sakati ache
ami to’ kangala, ‘krishna’ ‘krishna’ boli’,
dhai tava pache pache

Krishna is yours; you have the power to give Him to me. I am simply running behind you shouting, “Krishna! Krishna!”

It is said that if one gets even one syllable from a guru, a person becomes eternally indebted to him for that spiritual gift. We are truly eternally indebted to you as we received thousands of purports, which comprise millions of syllables.

śakti-buddhi-hīna, āmi ati dīna,
koro’ more ātma-sātha

With a grateful heart, I beg at your lotus feet for your blessings so that I can serve you and your mission. The world has been blessed by your mercy. Please forgive me for my offences at your lotus feet and bless me with intelligence so that I do not commit offences further. Please give me the intelligence so that I can follow your teachings. I have no intelligence of my own. All that I have is your mercy.

I am fortunate to attend Gita Course, Bhakti Vriksha classes and following the four rules of regulatory principles. I have started reading Bhagavad Gita As It Is and some of your books. I started going through Srimad Bhagavatam, listening to your Vani and doing daily Deity worship at home. My sincere heartfelt thanks for all these things that you made available for mankind. From your teachings, I came to understand who I am, who the Supreme Godhead is, the relation between God and the living entity and way to reach my eternal position. Your simple and straight forward writings and teachings helped me in getting clarifications of many of my doubts and I always get directions in situations of dilemma. From your own life, you taught us how to be sincere and serious to follow Guru’s instructions, how to be humble and loving to mankind and how to surrender to supreme God. All glories to you Prabhupad. I got blessed with a small seva of donation collection in the recent Krishnastami celebrations. I don’t have sufficient experience either in Krishna consciousness or in your books. A drop of knowledge from few devotees could make me fall for you, but lack vocabulary even to describe that little information.
Your simplicity while sitting on the floor and calling it Krishna’s lap, your self confidence when westerners criticized your attire and replying to them, I came to give something not to take anything, your care for women when you offered your milk to a pregnant woman and ensured her getting it until her delivery, your respect for women when you initiated women, your determination and devotion towards spiritual master when you carried out your guru’s order amongst all adversities, your love for Krishna when you checked while He didn’t blink His eyes and checking sweetness of His food, your humility when you said, Krishna dictates and I write, your faith in God while not having any fund and starting to build temples in foreign countries,
Your truthfulness when you denied to be God and claimed to be a servant of a servant of Him, your value for culture and morals when you insisted on Vyasapuja.

Above all, you put all your time, energy and intelligence into describing Krishna through books and preaching, remembered Him throughout your life,.. Who else can be a Mahatma, if you are not.
You, your books and your disciples are always an inspiration. Your audios àre always a blessing.

You are eternal even in this material world through your books and audios. I am greatly indebted to you.
