Dear Srila Prabhupada,
Hare Krishna,
Please accept my humble obeisances.
I am not qualified to even praise you, but you’re so merciful that you chose to pick me from this illusionary world.
How thankful could I be to you? Being grateful to you for one lifetime is not enough Prabhupada.
I have been so ignorant of this human life but only through your books especially science of self-realization I have realized the purpose of the life.
How would the humanity in large would have got the transcendental knowledge as it is if you wouldn’t have given us the translated books?
How could we even think of escaping this material world without your mercy?
Thank you is not enough.
I personally experienced you mercy showering on me.
Whenever I start thinking negative about life, your always present through your books.
Your books are the first step towards escaping the repeated birth and death, your teachings and instructions are the only solutions for any problems.
I am more than amazed how could you risk your life just to save us, I often question myself why am I still not understanding your efforts, what would I be without you?
You were a person with extreme strength, courage and love.
I will forever hold you in my heart and I truly learnt most from you.
Be merciful on this fallen soul Prabhupad because without your mercy I am nothing.
With very little time you have given us a treasure though your books and the organization called “ISKCON” I just hope I will make the most use of it in this very last birth and go back home back to godhead.
I am not writing a homage unto you but begging you for your blessings out of selfish and trying to purify me.
I am being saved by you and your servants through the continuous instructions and teachings.
I have become a better person just by reading your books and trying to purify myself by chanting more though I don’t have taste for the holy name but just hoping that one day I will get it.
Finally I want to thank you tons though it’s not enough.
The supreme lord couldn’t come directly hence he sent you, and you came but stayed forever through your books.
True love isn’t Romeo and Juliet who dies together, it’s you who risked your life just to save the fallen souls.
But our love towards you is insignificant.
I shall endeavor to advance in Krishna consciousness only by your mercy!
Hare Krishna,
Your insignificant servant
Chitra
